Speed Development Training Programs
We offer a variety of programs to meet each athlete's needs. Our classes are limited to 6 athletes per class to ensure a high quality coach to athlete ratio. We also offer programs for various age levels and various goals. Sign up today for our Spring and Summer programs to secure your spot - classes are filling quickly.
Speed & Strength Programs:
8 Sessions $499
16 Sessions $899
Private Sessions $85-95 per hour
(1-5 sessions: $95, 6-11 sessions $90 and 12 or more $85)
IMPORTANT NOTE: 8 Sessions (2x per week) must be used within four weeks after start date (1 make up allowed). 16 Sessions (2x per week) must be used within eight weeks after start date (1 make up allowed). There will be no refunds or exceptions to this policy.

Summer Session runs through August 26.
Class Schedule
Please note - additional times are available for personal training/individual or group classes in the morning and at lunch time. We will be closed Fridays/Saturdays through April.
